We put Elda on date for August 19th so that's super exciting!!! I sure do love her!!! She walks to church and is just the cutest thing! She also bought us pupusas so obviously she won my heart!
We spent ALL day walking on Saturday and I felt like my legs were gonna walk off without me! We were dead! But we OYM'd to these two brothers and they are super legit!!!! God is always putting prepared people in our path and I love it!!!
We saw a lot of OYM miracles which was awesome!!! There are SO many people in the little box we work in!! Always always always someone to talk to!
People are giving us the run around but the elect are electing themselves! So that's super awesome!!! Just gotta keep those commitments!
We stopped by an old referral and it turns out it was for a less active man and his family who aren't members and they are super awesome!!!!!!! We're going to have Sunday dinner with them when they get back from their vacations and I'm so excited!!! Family baptism here we come!!!!!!!
My love for the Book of Mormon continues to grow and grow as my mission goes on! READ IT!!!!!!!!! It's the only way we can know that what we share is true!! It's the evidence that we can hold in our hands. I LOVE IT!!!

“3 weeks ago we saw a man on the other side of the road. He was standing around some trash cans struggling to move a sofa that had been discarded. We decided to OYM and cross traffic. We found Matthew Webb and asked if we could help him move this couch up to his apartment. We were about to exchange with another set of elders, so all four elders were able to pick up the couch and move it for him. After setting the couch down in his apartment, we shared the message of the Restoration and the Spirit powerfully touched Matthew.
This weekend, exactly 3 weeks to the day of our first contact with Matthew Webb, we got to attend his baptism.
