Week 56- "la gringa linda"

^ Hna Sanchez's nickname for me haha

This week has been full of lots of miracles!

We are super busy with our area, training, and STLing but it's super fun!!

One of my favorite miracles was on an exchange with Hna Thongrit. We stopped by a member she didn't know yet and we meet this Persian family that speak hardly any English. The husband was a recent convert and so grateful for the church because he said it changed his life. They were so sweet!! The best part was when, through extremely broken English, the wife told us she wants to be baptized. My heart melted! As we were leaving the sister who speaks 0 English gave us some earrings. Too cute!!
A few weeks ago Kevin and his family told us to go visit their mom. Yesterday we stopped by and finally found them home!!! Turns out she's  a member and her husband/boyfriend is super interested in learning more!!!! So cool!

A few months ago the mission watched this super cool video about the Book of Mormon! It was a challenge and these people went all over the world and invited non-members to read one page of the Book of Mormon and look for references to God. They then compiled all the pages together and had all these really cool stands!! People bore testimony of the truthfulness of the Book of Mormon and they didn't even know it!! It really inspired our mission to do the challenge with random people we meet as well. Presidente told the people that made the challenge and they got in contact with us and now they're coming here in December with their signs and we're gonna help them do the experiment here and make another video!! So so cool!!! We're so excited!!!

I read Helaman 5 this past week and holy cow it's so freaking bomb!!! I really felt amazed as I read it. All I could say was "WOW" at the top of the page. I love love love the Book of Mormon and I love helping other people learn about it!
I love my lil baby. Hna Sanchez is amazing and it's so fun being in a trio with her and Hna Arenas!!!

Our Inv Crystal came to a baptism with us this past week and she said "I want that to be me" and remembered that her date is for the 28th!!! She could really use some prayers right now. Her and her whole family. We sure do love them but things are crazy right now. Hopefully everything will be ok soon.
I love being a missionary!!!

Much love!
