Week 22-5 months!!

Hello everyone!! Tomorrow Hermana McGlinchy and I hit 5 months!! SOOO crazy!!!  How have I already been a missionary for that long?!?!?! Time is flying! But it also feels like I've always been here for a million years! haha Mission time is so weird. But here are some highlights from the week...

We went to the Visitor's Center this past Saturday with Ana and her family!!! Ahhh it was so good!!! A lot of teary eyes!! So grateful for my knowledge of eternal families!! One of our tour guides was Hermana Harper!! Hermana McGlinchy and I were her STL's in the MTC so that was super fun! She killed it. I love the temple so much! Also the fam. I miss you all so so much!!
  • After trying to meet with one of our potentials for over a transfer, we finally got to teach him and put him on date to be baptized March 25th!! AHH!! His name is Rodolfo and he was cracking us up!! Originally, we invited him to be baptized on March 18th but he said he can't that day because he'll be on a trip in Mexico so then he started saying that he'll cancel his trip so he can make it to the baptism. It was the cutest thing!! We assured him he could be baptized once he returns! So excited for him!! haha
  • We got a referral Saturday night about a part member family!! We called them Sunday morning an hour before church started to invite them and they said yes!! Luckily we could find them a ride super quick and they were able to make it!! The "husband" is not a member but he stood up during priesthood (the class the men go to third hour) to introduce himself and said that his name is Martin and that he wants to be baptized in the church. AHH!!! MILAGRO!! We're so excited to start teaching them and help them reach their goal of an eternal marriage!! AHH!!!
  • The other day we decided to take our bikes out and of course, it started pouring!! Just our luck! haha We spent the whole day biking around in the rain and on our way home to get the car my peddle fell off AGAIN!! So once again we were stranded in the middle of our area, with a one peddle bike, in the rain! Our District Leader ended up coming to pick the bikes up and we spent the rest of the night walking to our dinner. Definitely a night to remember! Luckily the STL's were able to pick us up after dinner! haha
Overall, good week!! More milagros to come!! Love you all!! Hope you have an amazing Valentine's Day!!

Happy Valentine's Day!!

Love her!!

We made Jose brownies for his 46th birthday. It was in the 60s and he was dressed in a full body suite and facemask because he was cold. We were dying when we first saw him! He kills us!!
