Week 37-MIRACLES ON MIRACLES!!

This week has been such a blessing!! It has been overwhelming to see the love that our Heavenly Father has for me and for so many others!

My new companion, Hermana Hopkin, and I are working so well together!! We found 8 new Investigators this past week and 2 of them are already preparing to be baptized on a specific date!!

We saw a huge miracle this week in regards to member missionary work...We found our Investigator Isaac during KO early last week and taught him lesson one on his doorstep! A few days later, on Friday night, our ward had noche de hogar (family home evening) and we invited him to come! Honestly we didn't think he would because we gave him a 10 min notice (whoops!) and he's 22 (aka too cool for us) etc. etc. but he said he would! He showed up and clicked with a member named Edgar instantly! I already love Edgar so insanely much but wow after this week I can't even explain how much I love him!!! We had to leave noche de hogar early to get to a lesson but Isaac decided to stay and Edgar texted us later that night that they were hanging out at In-N-Out and that he was gonna take him to church on Sunday! Sunday roles around and Edgar lets us know that he's still getting Isaac and he stays with him the whole church to make him feel comfortable and makes sure he meets EVERYONE! THEN we get a text later that night saying that THEY HAD DECIDED TO GO TO THE TEMPLE AND THAT ISAAC HAD FELT THE SPIRIT THERE AND WAS CRYING AND DIDN'T EVEN WANT TO LEAVE!!!!!!!! WHAT THE?!?!?!?!? Hermana Hopkin and I were freaking out!!! Yesterday our ward had a memorial party and Edgar took him and we had a little lesson and committed him to be baptized on June 24th! The missionaries at the temple had given him a Book of Mormon and he had already read almost 10 pages! AHHHH!!!! MILAGROS MILAGROS MILAGROS!!!! The help of members is soooooooo important!!!! As missionaries we may have name badges and a special calling but we're members too. We all need to do our part!

I love Raul Morales. We brought him his extra large Book of Mormon this past week and read Alma 36 together (Alma the younger's conversion story) and it was sooo cool!!! Raul LOVED it!! We testified that this was his story too and it really is! I love the Book of Mormon!!!!

Felipe Sandoval!!! We found this adorable old man with an oxygen tank during KO (miracle we even got into his apartment) and when we invited him to be baptized on July 1st and he said yes and acted as if it was a "duh of course I will" answer! haha he's the cutest and is so excited to learn!!

Berta Gonzalez! Hermana McGlinchy and I found her as a potential over 2 months ago and could never stop by but the other night Hermana Hopkin and I did and she totally remembered us (even though she also gave birth that day!!) and said she'd be baptized!! We even set a date but had to take it back because she's leaving for Mexico for 2 months :( but it's all good!!!

Martin Ledezma is back on date!!! We're praying everything works out with his legal paperwork!

We visited a super less active family who's dad isn't a member and has always been super anti but we ended up teaching him and now he's an Investigator!!! Milagro!!

There have been so many blessings this past week from boldly inviting and being a missionary full time (not just during KO or at lessons or whatever it might be, but always, in every moment) and I absolutely love it!!!

The church is so so so true!!! I love hispanics. I love this area. I love my comp. I love that we're about to go to the swap meet and buy some Mexican Sandals. I love Spanish (most of the time!!). I love my Savior!! I love life!!!

Summer is here and I feel like I'm back to being me!! :)
