- Naomi!! We were knocking doors in this one complex and on the last door we knocked we found Naomi! She's 19 and so cute! Before we said anything she just told us to come inside! We taught her the first lesson and she really liked it! She texted us that night asking if we could pray for her to have faith and we said of course we would and she could too!! She's great and we met her mom on Saturday (awesome awesome day where we saw soooo many people that we haven't been able to in forever) and she LOVES us! She even told us that! And she blew us kisses as we walked away! LOVE them!!!!!! Can't wait to keep teaching them!
- Kathleen!! We found her during KO last week and shared the first message with her this week and she loved it too!!! It was amazing!!! SO excited to keep working with her!!!
- Zone Conference was amazing!! Learned so much! I love being with so many other missionaries and being able to grow our faith together!!
- Martin is the bomb.com. WE LOVE HIM!!!!!!! He is so solid in the gospel and such a great example to me! It's as if he's the one teaching us! He's just the best!
- Raul and Maria Morales!!!! We had that crazy milagro with them a few weeks ago and we've been spending some time with them and having dinner with them. They're the best!! THEIR LIVES ARE SOOOO CRAZY!!!! We always walk away and are just like ahhhhhhhhhhh that was crazy!! Raul is an ex-gangster, drug addict, and alcoholic so needless to say, their stories are INSANE!!! Super fun though! And they love us so much!! He wants to start coming to church with us so that's amazing! Wow they are just the best!!!!
- Juan Villagrana!!! He is so funny! He works at a horse farm so that's where we visit/teach him. He kept making jokes about coming to church and putting his arms around us in the pew. It was hilarious. He loves messing with us.
- Ward conference! San Fernando is so fun! We took a big ward picture afterwards and there was food for everyone. Such a party!
Someone I really love in our ward is choosing to walk away from the church right now. She told us it's "easier to do wrong than to do right". It broke my heart and reminded us of President Monson's talk from a few General Conference's ago about choosing the harder right. It's so important. Life isn't easier and a lot of the time living the gospel will not take away the trials in our life, but it will make them more bearable. Help us to come out stronger than we were before. I know that our Savior is the only one that can help us through the hard times and I'm so grateful that He's willing to do so! He is SO good!! We are SOOO lucky!!!! It is overwhelming. And all He asks in return is for us to be obedient, go to church, read the scriptures, and pray. As long as we do those things, we will be blessed with eternal life. That is amazing. I love this church! I know it's true!!! Much love!!

ps. ALL WOMEN!! Please watch the Women's session of General Conference this Saturday! I'm so excited!!!
We went to the park and drew a huge Plan of Salvation! It was so fun and we met a super solid potential (for the English Sisters) through it!!
This is Jose the elote man we had an amazing milagro with about 2 months ago! Now everytime we see him (almost daily) we stop whatever we're doing (driving, studying in our rooms) and go talk to him out our window haha. He loves it and has been reading the Book of Mormon! These are some respados (aka shaved ice with fruit juice and little pieces of fruit poured on them) we got from him.
